Install Vscode and install C# extention by Microsoft.
In Unity do this.
Click Edit->Preferences->External_Tools->External_Script_Editors->Browse
show hidden files and folders.
Now  Window_Drive->Users->Current_User->App_Data->Local->Programs->VSCode
-> double click now Code.exe.

Now open any script file in unity and check if vscode give you recommendations
while writing code. if not follow this link. to install .net framework.
