In DB_HOST variable you have to put the database container name instead of 'localhost'

From within a docker container, localhost refers to only things running in that container, not the whole host of your docker-composer !!
Since docker handles some rudimentary DNS, especially with compose, you can just tell it to use “db:3306”, and it will find it.
