flexbox vs grid

* one of the thing that grid does but flexbox does not do is 
- grid can overlap two cells on top of each other, flexbox cannot do that. 
- flexbox can put two cells next to each other but they will never overlap.
* width should never be used inside flex box, flex-basis should be used instead
* flex-grow and shrink are not necessarity being used in layouts as they can 
be unpredictable
