Steps: Open terminal (iTerm, cmd, etc.) in your Strapi app directory. 
Run : 
$ yarn strapi admin:reset-user-password --email="YOUR_EMAIL" --password="YOUR_NEW_PASSWORD"

 (if you use Yarn).
